Parsnip & Pear Soup, served with parsnip crisps.
Homemade Chicken Liver & Brandy Pate, served with crusty bread.
Smoked Salmon & Mackerel Roulade, served with melba toast.
The Rashleigh Prawn Cocktail, served with griddled lemon & bread & butter.

Roasted Local Turkey, served with cranberry & walnut stuffing, pigs in blankets & white wine gravy. 
Slow Roast Beef, served with Yorkshire pudding & red wine gravy.
Pan Fried Fillet of Hake in a Prawn, White Wine & Cream Sauce, served on a bed of spinach & a dill & butter potato cake.
Celeriac Risotto with Roasted Hazelnuts & Seasonal Vegetables, topped with truffle oil & parmesan crisp.
